Jobs and traffickers

As a grassroots organizer, alot of the conversation over the past 10years is about ending human trafficking of varying degrees. This includes employers who create situations where their employees are u able to live on the pay (thus the living wages).
There needs to be compensation for "job offer time" too. Meaning it's a verbal contract someone is to be hired yet pays nothing in the interim of a 5day background check or more.
Seriously, employers do need to be held accountable for "time" they absorb from someone's life.
Many women point out that a variety of these employers coordinate with Deep State types in order to continue trafficking women;- bogus no hires after lengthy interviews and background checks. So, it's a process designed to disempower women and families. By this I mean that it's a loss of time
